Penguin Random House Announces 2015 Penguin Hotline
The Penguin Hotline is coming back this holiday season from Penguin Random House. Modeled after the Butterball Turkey Hotline, Penguin employees will be responding to inquiries starting this Monday, November 16 through December 21 to help recommend books to anyone who is trying to find the right book for someone on their holiday list.
Note: the Penguin hotline is a web form with replies delivered via email. To get started on finding a book, use this form to describe your shopping, and a Penguin employee will reply with tailored book advice just for the book recipient. Suggestions on titles will not be limited to just Penguin books; the Penguin Hotline is a publisher-agnostic effort, and books will be recommended from all various publishing houses in support of anyone interested in giving a book for the holiday season.
First launched last year, the Penguin Hotline received over 1,500 calls from people all over the world.
