Deadline for Ingram's Program for Startups is November 30
The deadline for prospective startups applying for Ingram Content Group's 1440 Winter Session 2016 is November 30, 2015. The accelerator start-up investment program, 1440, is named for the year Johannes Gutenberg perfected his printing press technology.
1440, Ingram Content Group’s accelerator, aims to foster products and technologies used to create, distribute, or consume print or electronic book content. Ideal applicants are early-stage companies that support book publishers, including independent authors, or help retailers, libraries, or educators connect with more readers. Applicants with content creation or distribution platforms, demand generation services, data analysis tools (sales, market, customer data) or similar products and services are especially sought-after.
Ingram Content Group is partnering with The Nashville Entrepreneur Center during the session. The 14-week program begins on January 31, 2016. The investment terms include an investment of $30,000 in exchange for 7% equity with additional equity earmarked for key advisors.
