BIGNY Panel to Discuss Women in Publishing

A panel discussion with The Book Industry Guild of New York (BIGNY) entitled Groundbreaking Women: The Second Wave will feature top female executives and their experiences in publishing on Tuesday, April 12. The speakers include Barbara Marcus, president and publisher, Random House Children’s Books; Janet McCarthy Grimm, v-p, Lindenmeyr Paper; and Linda Palladino v-p and director of production, Random House Children’s Production.

The panel will be moderated by Karen Romano, director of business development, Thomson-Shore. It begins at 6:15 p.m. at Random House, 1745 Broadway (between 55th & 56th Streets), 2nd Floor.
