HarperCollins Picks BookShout App for Direct E-book Sales
HarperCollins has chosen BookShout, a direct to consumer e-book platform for special sales, promotions and retail, to provide direct-to-consumer e-books sales for HarperCollins US and UK.
The BookShout app will replace the current HarperCollins Unbound app on iOS and Android. In addition to providing direct sales of HarperCollins e-books, the BookShout app will also provide in-app book discovery as well as a variety of promotional and marketing content. The BookShout app will also allow HarperCollins consumers to store their e-book purchases and allow readers to access their libraries from any web-enabled device they own.
