Anchor Distributors, a division of the Whitaker Corporation, has acquired Canada-based Word Alive Distributors.
Word Alive will maintain their own staff through the acquisition, which v-p of Anchor John Whitaker referred to as a partnership designed improve both companies. Anchor will begin shipping Word Alive’s products across North America on June 1.
