Delhi-based MPS Limited has completed its acquisition of digital platform and content app creation and distribution company Mag+. Based in Sweden and the U.S., Mag+ was formerly a part of Bonnier Growth Media, the investment arm of media conglomerate Bonnier. MPS Limited intends to use the acquisition to enhance its platform capabilities and expand into newer markets.
