Calvin Reid interviews graphic novelist Dan Goldman, in town for the NY Film Festival and NYCC. Goldman's new activist transmedia graphic novels 'Priya's Shakti' and 'Priya's Mirror' - which were created as part of a global effort to combat gender-based violence, including rape and acid-attacks - had a special gallery exhibit at Lincoln Center and 'Priya's Mirror' premiered this weekend at the NY Film Festival. Goldman is also the creator of the acclaimed GNs 'Shooting War' and 'Redlight Properties'.
