Maureen Dowd, New York Times op-ed columnist since 1995, has written lots about recent presidents, especially about the Bush dynasty.
Bushworld: Enter at Your Own Risk, her first book, collects more than five years of her essays. Her view on "Bushworld": "It's their reality. We just live and die in it." Dowd was a regular talking head during the Democratic convention and to launch the book, she's done Imus, Al Franken, Today, Meet the Press and The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, to name a few. She'll also do TV and radio satellite tours. Putnam reports 191,500 copies in print.
