Wicker Leaving Klopotek
John Wicker, who helped build a North American presence for the publishing software company Klopotek, will step down from the company when his contract expires at the end of the year. He will be replaced by Karen Tiesling as executive v-p of sales for Klopotek North America. Wicker plans to re-launch his consulting business.
King to Rodale
Amy King has been appointed executive director, art and design for Rodale Books, effective October 5. She will report to Karen Rinaldi, senior v-p, general manager and publisher Rodale Books. King was creative director for Bloomsbury USA.
