Natasha Preston nabbed the top spot on this month's list of the bestselling titles published on the Smashwords platform with the romance Broken Silence, the second book in her Silence series. Preston also grabbed the #8 spot this month with Players, Bumps and Cocktail Sausages, the third installment in the series.
At #2 is R.L. Mathewson with the romance Double Dare -- the sixth book in her Neighbor from Hell series -- while Sarah Mayberry lands at #3 with the romance Anticipation, which is the second title in her Brothers Ink series. In at #4 is Jamie McGuire's Beautiful Redemption (the second romance in her Maddox Brothers series) -- and rounding out the top five is Sydney Landon with the romance Fractured -- the second book in the Lucian & Lia series.
Two former cast members of MTV's 16 & Pregnant and Teen Mom have memoirs on our list this month: Amber Portwood's Never Too Late comes in at #7, and Catelynn Lowell's Conquering Chaos sits at #16. Last year, another Teen Mom alum, Kailyn Lowry, appeared on the Smashwords list for her memoir, Pride Over Pity.
April also saw Chanda Hahn's YA titles grabbing three spots this month, with Reign at #9, Fairest at #17, and Fable at #20, while J. Daniels and Cora Reilly both snatched two spots each.
