It's official: Judge Denise Cote yesterday adopted a proposed schedule for Apple’s damages trial, moving the trial date from July 14 to August 25, 2014.
Under the schedule, witness lists, exhibit lists, deposition designations, and stipulations are due on June 24, 2014.
The legally required “opt-out” period for eligible consumers ends on July 31. The Joint Pretrial Order needs to be filed by August 1. Any responsive papers are due August 8, with replies (no longer than five pages) filed by August 12.
The final pretrial conference will be held on August 20 at 10 a.m. in Courtroom 15B. And the trial will begin at 9:30 a.m. on August 25.
