PW is pleased to announce GalleyTracker, a new platform for submitting review copies for our consideration. We’re excited about it because it makes it much easier for you to send us print and digital galleys along with all related press releases and contact information. Also, if you use GalleyTracker, you’ll be able to login to your dashboard and check the review status of your submissions any time you wish (PW does not otherwise answer review status requests). GalleyTracker also streamlines our backend processes, meaning books can move through our system faster.

GalleyTracker is up and running right now. Signup is easy and fast. To create an account, just go to:

www.publishersweekly.com/galleytracker

Use of GalleyTracker is optional; PW still accepts review copy submissions the old way, through the mail directly to our bookroom. But we hope the convenience and added transparency of the system will tempt you to switch.

Note: GalleyTracker is only for books published by traditional publishers. Self-published authors wishing to submit their books for PW review consideration should go through BookLife (http://booklife.com), PW’s new site for indie authors.

We hope you’ll give GalleyTracker a try. Feel free to email service@publishersweekly.com with any questions or comments.
