Brad Thor's thriller Act of War, released July 8, debuted in the #2 spot on Apple's iBooks bestseller list for the week ended July 14. John Green's The Fault in Our Stars was, yet again, in the top spot, and Invisible, by David Ellis and James Patterson, held firm at #3.
Laura Hillenbrand's Unbroken fell two spots to #4. The bestseller reappeared on Apple's list two weeks ago after Louis Zamperini, whose life is chronicled in the book (and upcoming movie by Angelina Jolie), passed away on July 2 at the age of 97.
