Leaving Time, the latest from Jodi Picoult, came in at #2 on Apple’s iBooks bestseller list for the week ended October 20. The novel couldn’t push Gillian Flynn’s Gone Girl from the #1 spot—the book has held firm at the top of the list since the October 3 premiere of the big screen adaptation.

Lena Dunham’s much-talked about essay collection, Not That Kind of Girl, jumped two spots to #5. At #14 was Richard Preston’s The Hot Zone, a 1994 narrative about the Ebola virus. As the current outbreak continues to escalate, Preston’s 20 year old book has reappeared on bestseller lists.
