Open Road Intergrated Media has unveiled a new imprint called Factory Books that will feature memoir, biography and cultural criticism about Andy Warhol's New York City-based studio, The Factory.

The digital publishing company said the imprint's first list will be part of "an ongoing series devoted to chronicling the world of Warhol from its beginnings through his untimely death."

Among the titles on Factory Books' inaugural list are Stephen Koch's Stargazer: The Life, World and Films of Andy Warhol; Viva's Superstar; and Ultra Violet's Famous for 15 Minutes.

The Factory, Open Road said, populated by a "a rag tag group of drag queens, outsiders, musicians, writers, and other artists" marked a place and time during the 1960s when Warhol "created a new class of celebrity and coined the phrase, 'Everyone will be famous for fifteen minutes.'”
