Rocketing to the top of this month’s list of bestselling audiobooks—and snatching the #1 spot from the mega-selling Bill O’Reilly—is James Patterson and Mark Sullivan’s Private L.A. In this installment in the Jack Morgan series, the eponymous PI investigates the disappearance of Hollywood’s hottest couple; the audio edition is narrated by Jay Snyder for Hachette Audio.
In at #2 this month is Janet Evanovich and Lee Goldberg’s The Chase. This entry in the popular Fox and O’Hare series is read by Scott Brick and is available from Random House Audio. Meanwhile, O’Reilly and Martin Dugard’s Killing Jesus: A History, the former audio top seller, drops down to the #3 spot; it is narrated by O’Reilly himself for Macmillan Audio.
Brilliance Audio has 11 titles on this month’s list, including Harlan Coban’s Six Years, read by Scott Brick, which came in at #4. Rounding out our top five is Clive Cussler and Justin Scott’s The Bootlegger (Penguin Audio), which is also narrated by Brick.
Other new and notable titles on this month’s list include the following:
I Can See Clearly Now, the memoir from self-help author and motivational speaker Wayne W. Dyer, who narrated the audio edition of his book for Hay House; a pair of novels, The Unseen and Let the Dead Sleep, from Heather Graham, read by Luke Daniels and Natalie Ross, respectively, and available from Brilliance Audio.
