Goodreads has unveiled its version of a 'best books' list. The Web site, which has been rounding up its users favorite books of the year since 2009 through its Goodreads Choice Awards, has posted this year's results. On this year's list, the top book in fiction is Khaled Hosseini's And the Mountains Echoed, with over 24,000 votes. Coming in at #2 on the fiction list is Jodi Picoult's The Storyteller, with over 21,000 votes. The full list of Goodreads' users favorite books of 2013 can be found here.
