Perennial bestseller Danielle Steel has signed a ten-book deal with Penguin Random House's Ballantine Bantam Dell imprint. Gina Centrello brokered the North American rights deal with Mort Janklow at Janklow & Nesbit.
Steel has written 92 books to date. All of them, according to BBD, have been bestsellers. Highlighting some of the other benchmarks Steel has hit, BBD said there are over 650 million copies of her books in print, worldwide.
In 2015 BBD will be releasing four new novels by Steel, as well.
