A New Hampshire store preps to move; two college stores in Florida are merging; and an Arizona shop temporarily shuts its doors.

Toadstool in Keene, N.H., On the Move: Late last week The Toadstool Bookshop confirmed what had been rumored, that it will be vacating its longtime location at the Colony Mill and moving into a larger space at the corner of Main and Emerald Streets, where it will also have its own parking lot. The move is planned for the end of July. The other Toadstool locations in Milford and Peterborough are not affected.

Tempe, Ariz., Campus Bookstore to Close, May Reopen: After nearly 50 years, Student Book Center is closing its doors at the end of May. A developer bought the building and plans to tear it down and the building next to it to make way for student housing and a retail building. The bookstore held out the possibility that it might reopen in the new building, but that is still several years away.

Florida Bookstore Closing After 83 Years: The Gainesville, Fl., bookstore will close its doors on May 25 and merge with the University of Florida’s on-campus bookstore.
