The Inkstuds podcast has hit the road for a special live recording on Thursday, April 24 at 7 p.m. at Meltdown Comics in Los Angeles, California. Hosted by Robin McConnell and Brandon Graham, the star-studded panel will feature Bryan Lee O'Malley, Pendleton Ward, Jaime Hernandez, and Thomas Herpich. 4/25-4/27: C2E2 in Chicago, IL
The Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo (C2E2) is taking place from Friday, April 25 to Sunday, April 27 at the South Building at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois. Started in 2010, C2E2 has quickly become one of the country's top comic book and entertainment destinations, with loads of activities such as panels, screenings, signings, cosplay, and more. Programming includes panels such as "Storytelling on the Page," "Editors on Editing," "A Data-Driven Comic Universe," and "The Crow 20th Anniversary" (full events listing can be found here). Comic Con in the U.K.! The Wales Comic Con is taking place on Sunday, April 27 at the Plas Coch Sports Hall at Glyndŵr University in Wrexham, North Wales. The U.K.'s top talent will be in attendance for a day packed with panels, Q&As, signings, cosplay, and exhibitions, and an after party. Comics guests include Charlie Adlard, Jonathan Ross, Lee Townsend, Neil Edwards, and Mike Carey. General entry is £10, £5 for kids, £15 for early bird entry, and £99 for VIP.
