Simon & Schuster imprint Atria Books announced it will be publishing a baking cookbook by Rosanna Pansino, YouTube sensation and star of the Internet baking show Nerdy Nummies. The Nerdy Nummies Cookbook will go on sale on November 3.
Pansino, who now boasts more than 4 million YouTube subscribers, launched the show in 2011. Her videos have been viewed more than 1 billion times, making her, according to the publisher, one of the most-watched personalities on YouTube.
In the book, Pansino will build off the dishes featured on her show, inspired by her love of video games, science fiction, math, comics, and lots of other things considered "nerdy," said Atria. Recipes include Apple Pi Pie and the Chocolate Chip Smart Cookie and Volcano Cake.
“Making a Nerdy Nummies cookbook is something I’ve wanted to do for a long time," said Pansino. "It is thanks to all of the love and support from the online community that I decided to publish my first book. I hope long time viewers and first time readers will enjoy the recipes in this book as much as I enjoyed creating them.”
