The Haufe-Lexware group closed fiscal 2012 ending June 30, 2012 with a revenue increase of 218.2 million EUR, up from 206.5 million EUR in 2011.

Ownership, Mergers & Acquisition, Internal Organization:

In summer 2012, the group announced the incorporation of EDV-Software-Service (ESS), a leading consulting company for the real estate industry. Haufe-Lexware also continued to expand its B2B business by acquiring Semigator, an e-procurement company that provides the largest German-speaking online marketplace for advanced education. In January 2013, the managing director Birte Hackenjos has been designated as COO. Hackenjos has been working for Haufe for fifteen years and will restructure project management to create flexible project teams.

In 2011, the Haufe Group experienced a good financial performance, with revenue growth accounting for 207 million EUR against 193 million EUR in 2010.

In January 2010, when the brands Haufe, Redmark, and Lexware united with the affiliated companies Haufe Fachmedia and WRS Verlag, the Haufe Group repositioned itself as Haufe-Lexware GmbH & Co. KG. In the following year, Haufe-Lexware expanded its activities on the B2B market by acquiring Literatur-Service Leipzig GmbH, which offers intranet platforms for publishing companies to create automated procurement processes that correspond to their client-specific systems.
