The bankruptcy judge overseeing the Chapter 7 proceedings of Good Enterprises has granted the company an extension until January 13 to file various statements and schedules. The original deadline had been December 24. The court has also issued a statement that since the bankruptcy trustee has recovered some assets, creditors who which to participate in the distribution of funds need to file a notice of claim by March 16. The first notice sent to creditors said it was not necessary to file a claim since no funds were available. The claim notice should be sent to 900 Market St., Suite 400, Philadelphia, Pa. 19107.
