The trustee overseeing the Chapter 7 proceedings of Good Enterprises has approved the sale of the publisher’s assets and named Hilco Streambank to coordinate the liquidation process.

Among the assets for sale are the Fix-It and Forget-It and Fix-It and Enjoy-It brands, including all trademarks, domain names, active titles, copyrighted content, artwork, layouts, and files. According to Hilco, included in the Fix-It sale is “revised and updated content originally scheduled for release in 2014.” Also on the sale block are other assets held under the Good Book Publishing House name. Proceeds from the sale will be used to pay creditors of the estate.

Good Enterprises, founded by Merle and Phyllis Good, was the parent company of Good Books; it filed for Chapter 7 last December.
