The University of Chicago Press has signed two new distribution clients: the American Alliance of Museums Press and the Missouri History Museum. UCP began distributing the Missouri History Museum on November 1, and will begin its relationship with the American Alliance of Museums Press on December 1.
The Missouri History Museum, which focuses on regaional titles, published its first book in 1991, Charles van Ravenswaay’s Saint Louis: An Informal History of the City and its People, 1764-1865. The American Alliance of Museums Press, which is part of the American Alliance of Museums, was founded in 1906, and publishes titles for and about museums.
