At Hachette India, Poulomi Chatterjee has been appointed editorial director to replace Nandita Aggarwal, who is leaving to pursue personal projects. Chatterjee joined Hachette India in 2010 having worked previously at Macmillan and Penguin.
The senior leadership appointments for the newly unified U.S. Penguin Random House human resources department were announced. Paige McInerney and Robin Sutton were named v-p, human resources; Ann Fedeli has been promoted to senior director, learning and development; Lauren Rosenberg was named senior director, compensation; Erika Kirchner was appointed v-p, employee benefits; and Vicki Fishman has been promoted to senior director, people programs.
Hannah Elnan has joined Sasquatch Books in Seattle as acquisitions editor. Previously she was an associate editor at Ballantine Bantam Dell.
