Marie Florio has been promoted to director of subsidiary rights for the Simon & Schuster Publishing Group. Florio, who has been at the company for 32 years, was previously deputy director of subsidiary rights. She will be replacing Lance Fitzgerald.
Lance Fitzgerald will be joining The Crown Publishing Group on August 4 as v-p, director of subsidiary rights. He was previously at Simon & Schuster.
Annie Stone has joined Alloy Entertainment as an editor. She was previously at Harlequin.
