Francis Greenburger, owner of literary agency Sanford J. Greenburger Associates, has joined the board of shareholders at OR Books.
Greenburger is also the chairman and CEO of Time Equities, Inc., and the founder of the Catskill-based OMI Center for the Arts, which includes the writers residency Ledig House.
Greenburger joins shareholders Peter Mayer, owner and publisher of Overlook Press and former CEO of Penguin Books; Don Linn, director of the University of Chicago Press Distribution Center; Bill Godber, managing director of Turnaround Distribution based in London; the literary agent Frances Goldin; Helena Cobban, the owner and publisher of Just World Books; Michael Ratner, director of the Center for Constitutional Rights; and Michael Smith, a New York-based attorney and board member of the Center for Constitutional Rights.
