Lucy Danziger, most recently editor-in-chief of SELF magazine, is joining Ballantine Bantam Dell in the newly created position of editor-at-large. She will report to Jennifer Tung, v-p and editorial director for nonfiction at BBD, and work to acquire and develop projects with executive editor Marnie Cochran.
Jason Weidemann has been named the new editorial director of the University of Minnesota Press, succeeding Richard Morrison, who left to become editorial director at Fordham University Press last month. Weidemann was previously senior editor at the Press.
At Macmillan, Krista Loercher has been promoted to director, Amazon sales.
