Susanna Einstein and Meg Thompson, of the Einstein Thompson Agency, have announced that they will be parting ways and forming their own agencies.

In an announcement about the move, the agent said the decision was mutual and amicable. The new Thompson Literary Agency, and Einstein Literary Management, will each open for business in the new year, and will both continue to work with Sandy Hodgman at Hodgman Literary for foreign rights.
