Karyn Marcus is returning to Simon & Schuster as a senior editor, starting February 2.
Marcus, who was at S&S from 2011 to 2013, edited a number of bestselling authors during her two-year stint there, including Hugh Howey (Wool) and Graeme Simsion (The Rosie Project). In her new role, she will be editing nonfiction and fiction.
Before joining S&S, Marcus was at Thomas Dunne Books and, before that, at Doubleday/Broadway. At S&S she will be working closely with S&S v-p and editor-in-chief Marysue Rucci, and S&S senior editor Cary Goldstein.
