Jason Brockwell has been promoted to president of National Book Network, the sister company of the Rowman & Littlefield Publishing Group. Brockwell takes over from NBN founder Jed Lyons.

Lyons remains president of Rowman & Littlefield. Brockwell joined NBN in 1999 as a sales assistant for Borders and most recently was v-p of sales.

Commenting on his appointment, Lyons said Brockwell “has done a superb job of helping our client publishers sell their books into traditional and new markets and he has been instrumental in building sophisticated analytical tools to keep track of sales activity.”
