After Michael Lewis's much-talked-about 60 Minutes appearance on Sunday, where the Liar's Poker author claimed the U.S. stock market was "rigged" by high-speed traders, Wall Street responded in turn.
On Monday, the New York Times published an excerpt of Flash Boys, Lewis' new book on the subject, timed with Norton's release of the title. Flash Boys quickly pushed its way to the top of Amazon's print bestseller list, and landed at #3 on the Kindle bestseller list (as of April 1). Norton told PW that it has gone back for a second printing of 50,000 more copies, expected to arrive this Thursday.
