Living Language has partnered with HBO Global Licensing to launch a language course for Dothraki, a fictional language in George R.R. Martin's A Song of Fire and Ice books and the TV adaptation of the the series, HBO's Game of Thrones.
Living Language Dothraki: A Conversational Language Course Based on the Hit Original HBO Series Game of Thrones, the first ever Living Language course on a created language, will be written by language consultant David J. Peterson. It goes on sale October 7.
Like any traditional language course, the program will cover grammar, pronunciation, and cultural notes. The book, at $19.99, includes a language guide and audio CD, with an expanded online course available for $30. Living Language is also releasing an iOS app that features thematic flash card decks.
