Power of Now author Eckhart Tolle has partnered with New World Library on the formation of a new imprint called Eckhart Tolle Editions.
Munro Magruder, associate publisher at New World Library, said the imprint has signed up its first two books—Parenting with Presence by Susan Stiffelman and The Calm Center: Spiritual Reflections and Meditations by Steve Taylor—both of which will be released in spring 2015.
Tolle will identify and develop titles for the line, as well as contribute a foreword for the books, which will be distributed by New World Library's distributor, Publishers Group West. Eckhart Tolle Editions expects to publish three to four titles per year.
“New World Library publisher Marc Allen told me he only publishes what he loves," said Tolle. "I told him that there were a lot of little-known works, both old and new, that I love — and the idea of an imprint was born, a chance to publish anything that I find inspiring and worthwhile."
Allen added, "We’re delighted to be working with Eckhart Tolle on a brand-new imprint in which he will select a wide variety of powerful, life-changing works to support and publish — some new, some hundreds of years old, and all in some way supporting his vision and powerful teaching."
