Diversion Books division EverAfter Romance has launched a print program for its self-published romance authors. Features of the new program include returnability and discounting, distribution, and a dedicated sales team for select titles.
“We have always been dedicated to presenting our authors with innovative marketing and top-notch design, but for self-published romance authors, we’re thrilled to open up these avenues to get more books into the hands of voracious readers in new ways,” said Mary Cummings, director of content acquisition and business development at EverAfter, and v-p of Diversion Books.
The print program is kicking off with more than one hundred titles from twelve authors, including Marie Force, C.D. Reiss, Jen McLaughlin, Alessandra Torre, Sophie Jordan, Tessa Bailey, Valerie Twombly, Becca Jameson, Kennedy Layne, Kris Calvert, Eliza Gayle, and Sorcha Grace.
Diversion launched EverAfter in November 2014, as a bookstore app dedicated to romance titles.
“Diversion Publishing Corp. has a legacy of filling gaps in the marketplace that underserved authors might otherwise fall into,” says Scott Waxman, CEO and co-founder of Diversion. “This new program seeks to address and close one such gap, and will allow indie authors the benefits of higher quality products, greater market access, adaptable models, and a team of real-life publishing people behind them.”
