Anthony Ziccardi, former publisher of Humanix Books and deputy publisher at Simon & Schuster’s Gallery imprint, has joined Post Hill Press, a new house focused on nonfiction.
Ziccardi will be joined at Post Hill Press by his partner at Post Hill, associate publisher Gavin Caruthers, who was most recently a buyer at Barnes & Noble College. Ziccardi told PW that the house will be exhibiting at New York Comic Con and plans to announce a new pop culture-focused partnership.
Post Hill Press publishes books on nonfiction, pop culture and current events said Ziccardi. The house will also publish through Permuted Press, a predominately digital imprint, that specializes in horror and post-apocalyptic fiction.
