Hello,

I wanted to touch base about PW’s reviews operations in light of the rapidly evolving Covid-19 situation.

PW is open for business, and most of our staffers have been working remotely. With a shelter-in-place order for NYC potentially in the wings, we ask that all titles sent in for review consideration going forward be submitted via our GalleyTracker platform only using digital review copies. At this point we can no longer be sure our office will be open to receive packages or to send review copies to our reviewers. Please do not send print review copies until further notice.

If you don’t currently have a GalleyTracker login, please set one up now. Unfortunately, we cannot accept egalleys via Netgalley or Edelweiss.

You can read our submission requirements here, and find out more about GalleyTracker here.

If you have any questions about PW’s reviews operation, please contact me at jsegura@publishersweekly.com, or, for children’s reviews, childrensbooks@publishersweekly.com.

We will keep publishing the magazine every week (make sure you can access the digital edition if you won’t be able to get your usual weekly print copy) and we’ll be publishing new reviews and the latest news on publishersweekly.com every day. If you aren’t currently signed up for PW Daily, our daily newsletter, please do that now. We’re keeping tabs on every new development in the industry, and the newsletter is a great way to stay up to date. PW’s Twitter is also a great resource.

Thanks again. These are trying times (to say the least!) and we are grateful to be working with you.
