Gail Kump and Eric Kampmann have settled their legal dispute that began last fall when Kump, a former executive with Kampmann’s Midpoint Trade Books distribution company, sued her old employer, charging breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty. The end of the litigation came when Midpoint repurchased Kump’s stock ownership in the company leading Kump to drop her suit and Midpoint to drop its counterclaim.
“Midpoint, Eric Kampmann, its president and Chris Bell, its executive vice president, and Ms. Kump, are all pleased that the dispute has been resolved on an amicable basis," the parties said in a joint statement.
