Christian publisher David C Cook has announced that veteran marketing leader Brian Mitchell has joined the organization as Chief Marketing Officer.
Most recently, Mitchell had served as president of WTA Media, leading its literary agency and publishing efforts with K-LOVE Books after its acquisition by Educational Media Foundation (EMF). Mitchell has also served as v-p of marketing at Thomas Nelson Publishers/HarperCollins. In his new role, Mitchell lead marketing efforts for both Cook and its Nashville-based music label, Integrity Music.
