Texas Bookman, a division of Half Price Books, will hold its second annual Texas Remainder Expo (T-Rex), March 7-9. The event will be held in Carrollton, Tex. at the company's warehouse and showroom on the outskirts of Dallas. Remainder buyers and sellers are welcome.
“We enjoyed hosting our friends across the industry last year, and are excited to see these great remainder vendors in Texas once again,” Sharon Anderson Wright, CEO of Half Price Books, said. “We expect to have an even greater selection of vendors and products available this year.”
Dave Wiggins, v-p of sales for Book Depot, said the first show exceeded his expectations, particularly in terms of attendance. I’m positive this year will bring an even bigger crowd and I would say without any reservations that if you’re a book buyer, attending this show is a must,” Wiggins said.
Exhibitors include Magers & Quinn, Powell's Books Wholesale, and HarperCollins Christian Publishing, among others.
