Spanish YouTube Star's Sex Ed Book Draws Bidders
Spanish house RBA's forthcoming I Love Sex (October), a sex guide for teens written by YouTube personality Chusita, is getting attention from some international publishers. The book features illustrations and comic strips, and was conceived by the editors at RBA. The editors reached out to Chusita to write the book, since she vlogs about sex (and other topics) and has over 250,000 subscribers to her YouTube channel. RBA said the title is intended to give teens answers to their questions about sex and "shatter stereotypes." The book received a great deal of attention at the Bologna Book Fair, and rights have sold to Giunti Editore in Italy.
