At Sourcebooks, Aubrey Poole has been promoted to the position of associate editor. She will be responsible for acquiring authors and titles for the Jabberwocky and Fire imprints. Poole was previously assistant editor at Sourcebooks, and works out of the NYC location.

Rebecca Davis has been named senior editor for WordSong and Boyds Mills Press. Most recently, Davis was a freelance editor working on poetry books for WordSong.
Kerry McManus has joined Boyds Mills Press and Highlights for Children as marketing and permissions manager. McManus will manage marketing efforts for all BMP titles, as well as oversee the permissions business for both BMP and Highlights. Previously, McManus worked in the marketing department of Random House Books for Young Readers.
